Deepness brings two earlier Zuat-zu productions together, giving each a place in the UHF catalogue. The title track had previously appeared on Maxime Records Spain and spent time among Beatport’s best sellers, while Borne remained unreleased until this collection.
Their histories are different, but their musical roots are closely connected. Both tracks draw on a soulful approach to deep house, making the pairing feel like a conversation between two parts of the producer’s past. As UHF’s ninth release, Deepness offers a chance to revisit one recording and discover another alongside it.
